Havan Puja

Havan, derived from the Sanskrit word "havana," meaning to offer oblations, is a sacred fire ritual performed by devotees to invoke the presence of the divine, seek blessings, and purify the environment. The ritual involves the kindling of a sacred fire (agni) in a specially constructed altar (kunda), into which offerings such as ghee, grains, herbs, and wood are made while chanting sacred mantras and prayers. Havan is not merely a physical act of worship; it is a spiritual practice that fosters a deep connection between the devotee and the divine, purifying the mind, body, and soul.
